Dear Judy, Chad, and Renee,

Bob and I would like to let you all know what a positive experience we had working with Avalanche Floor Coverings on our recent remodel and installation of about 1400 sq/ft of hardwood flooring. First, we would like to thank all of you for timely communication from the point when we contacted you (via a website) for an estimate, scheduling, email communication, and through the installation and final payment communication. Every single time we had prompt concise communication and always had a timely response to our phone calls and email.

Second, I would like to compliment the hardwood installation crew led by Greg. If we were to rate this crew (as far as anyone who has ever worked in any of our homes) on a scale of 1 – 10 they would be a 10+.

We have had some great crews who have done work at our home, but never have we experienced such a hard-working, professional, skilled and efficient/clean crew as we did with them. The

y swept every morning and every evening on this big hardwood installation and they were personable, polite, professional, worked well together and are extremely skilled. We will now measure any crew we ever hire by their yard stick and they set the bar extremely high.

Third, we wanted to mention that in addition to the communication from Judy, Chad, and Renee that we had several interactions with Mike and others in the “back of the house” when we picked up tile, rug pads, etc. In every single case we realized that these are the most friendly and professional people we have ever dealt with! I guess that Avalanche truly has a healthy culture, which is obvious to those who deal with your company. I don’t know who the owner/manager is, but we would like to make it known to he/she/them that this is a very positive, professional, and genuinely friendly staff of professionals to work with.

All in all we would say that if and when we need flooring work in the future this positive experience will cause us to work with Avalanche again! We are also copying our interior design company, Color Is Good, and hope that they recommend many more customers who will have an experience as positive as ours!

Abby Muller my designer was a good listener, thoughtful, had great suggestions and an excellent communicator. She was great at follow-up and very patient with my delay in making decisions. The install team were also top notch, Dwayne, Adam, Greg and Chad. We had 2 floors done, LVT in wood plank in basement, floor needed some leveling then shoe mold along with existing baseboard – WOW it’s a wonderful, Adam did a fantastic job! Kitchen had Forbo Marmoleum, with a border – Adam, again did an amazing job, we could not be happier.

Chad was professional and curious, addressed all my concerns very thoroughly. During our kitchen re-do I had unplugged our land line so Chad could not get thru and had been communicating with Avalanche using my work email – I was on vacation during this so was not checking my email – Chad came to the house to confirm our schedule! I just can’t say enough about the Avalanche team.

Adam is amazing, fabulous attention to detail. Both floors are perfect, he is professional, courteous and meticulous. Our floors are beautiful. Greg and his team did the base prep – underlayment and leveling – great job.

We are so very happy with our basement and kitchen floors – thank you to everyone involved for this. I highly recommend the Avalanche team.

This was a major home remodel covering several months. We could not be happier with the final results. Kitchen remodel, utility room remodel, 2 bathrooms remodeled, new hardwood floor in family room and carpet in 5 bedrooms and carpeted 2 sets of stairs. Excellent job cutting and placing flooring in what appeared to be fairly complicated configuration. Quality craftsmanship in all phases and the installers were all very considerate and cleaned up well at completion of each phase.

Abby was very helpful in guiding us through the selection process. Excellent product knowledge and creative suggestions to give us the effect we were looking for.

Working with a local company made it all very easy and they were very professional and helpful throughout. Always available to answer any questions and excellent in scheduling the work to be done.
